I live tucked along the river in Minnesota, where the pace is slower, the coffee is hot, and the to-do list no longer runs the show.
My days are filled with family rhythms, faith practices, and work that finally feels aligned. But it wasn’t always this way.
For years, I ran businesses, led teams, and carried the weight of being “the capable one.” I built systems, solved problems, and made things happen—at work and at home.
From managing organizations to mentoring others, I knew how to lead.
But inside, I was unraveling—exhausted from over-functioning and quietly wondering if this was just how life would always feel.
Now, I’m rebuilding from a different place.
